About the Position

The Municipal Executive Office's mission is to lead, manage, follow up, and provide effective support to all committees and operations, which includes overarching support functions in finance, HR, and administration. The Municipal Executive Office also includes the Technical and Service Department, the Department for Business and Development, and our Culture and Leisure Department. Currently, we have about 100 employees in the Municipal Executive Office, and the municipality as a whole has about 650 permanent employees.

The Technical and Service Department encompasses a wide range of operations. We are responsible for meal services, internal services including cleaning and caretaking, streets and parks, as well as water and sewage. Together, we are about 70 employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a Subscriber Administrator who will have the opportunity to influence and shape their role. This position is unique in its profession, where you will be part of a supportive team. We have recently launched the Water and Sewage Bank and digital water meters and are looking for someone who wants to help develop this work with us!

As a Subscriber Administrator, you will have varied tasks where you will work both operationally and strategically. One of your current tasks will be the introduction of a new water and sewage fee.

Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the pipeline network and facilities in the Water and Sewage Bank
• Managing customer registers in the EDP Future system
• Preparing documentation for charging connection fees
• Participating in the work with fee calculations
• Contract writing with customers outside the water and sewage operational area
• Preparing documentation for statistical reporting
• Developing routines
• Updating operational systems
• Measuring objects for the Water and Sewage Bank.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• A minimum of a YH education as a Subscriber Engineer or other education deemed suitable by the employer
• Good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• A valid driver's license (B) and the ability to drive
• Documented work experience (not required to be in the water and sewage area).

We consider it an advantage if you have:

• Work experience as a Subscriber Engineer/Administrator
• Experience with the tasks included in the position
• Knowledge and previous experience with the EDP Future and/or Water and Sewage Bank systems
• Experience presenting cases in committees.

Additionally, you collaborate well, as the role involves cooperation with both internal and external parties. You are good at documenting and have the ability to work with detail-oriented tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy.
